Davis Municipal Code 26.04

“It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage or to have in his or her possession any open container of beer, wine, or any alcoholic beverage, or intoxicating liquor on any street, sidewalk, bike path, greenbelt, alley, highway, off-street public parking lot or structure…” See Davis Municipal Code 26.04.020 or the link below for specific parks and exceptions.

Consequence

If you’re under 21, the state law is a misdemeanor with 500-1000 fine for a minor in possession.
