City of Davis Article 24 - 24.01.030

Consequence

In the City of Davis, the first two noise violations within one year are infractions punishable by a fine up to $100 for the first violation and $200 for the second violation (Government Code Section 36900).

Any person violating this ordinance for a third time within a one-year period will be charged with a misdemeanor and a fine up to $500.
